General questions

Q: May I order products from other countries?

A: Using the Baltic Online Ordering System you can place an order from any of the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania). You can order delivery to Estonia and Lithuania and you can order both delivery and collection from the Sales Centre in Latvia.

Q: Who can place an online order?

A: Only Independent Herbalife Partners can place orders through the Baltic Online Ordering System

Q: Can I pay the Annual service payment online?

A: Yes. You can pay the Annual service payment online on the Annual service payment due day or later. The Annual service payment will be automatically added to your shopping basket.

Q: It is a double month day today. May I choose the month of order when making an online order?

A: Yes. The field for choosing the month of order is available in the Basket on any double month day. Please use the pop-up list to choose the month for your order.

Q: What are the advantages of ordering online?

A: Making an order online never was as easy as now!

  •          The website is available 24/7.
  •          The website is fully compatible with the internal Herbalife ordering system. Therefore the information about the number of points and availability of products is shown in real time.
  •          No additional registration! To enter the site use your ID number of the Independent Partner and PIN code.
  •          Immediate confirmation of the order and the information of the order status.
  •          Detailed catalogue of the products and materials.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Once the money has come to the Company’s bank account, the Company has two business days to arrange the order and pass it over for the delivery. Please note that delivery of the orders placed in the end of the month can be delayed.

 

Products

Q: What Product Directories (from what countries) can I search at the Baltic Online Ordering System Website?

A: The Baltic Online Ordering System Website shows the Product Directory for the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania).

Q: How do I add products to my Basket?

A: There are two simple ways to make an order: Product Directory and Order by Series Number.

·         In the Product Directory mark the products that you want to order, specify the amounts and press Add to Basket.

·         Making an order by Series Number, fill in the series number and the amount in the top right corner, then press Add to Basket.

Q: How do I know if the product is available for ordering?

A: If you try to select an unavailable product you will get a special notification and will not be able to continue ordering. You will have to remove the unavailable product from the basket to continue ordering.

Q: Can I order a ticket to an event at the Baltic Online Ordering System Website?

A: Yes. Tickets available for sale can be found in section «Order event tickets».

ORDER PROCESSING

Q: What is an order processing window?

A: The order processing window is used to confirm that your order is filled or selected correctly.

Q: Can I complete the order without confirming it in the order processing window?

A: No, it is not possible to complete the order without confirming it in the order processing window.

Q: I would like to change the order delivery address. Where can I do it?

A: You can change the delivery or collection method in the Sales Centre (only in Latvia) or at the Delivery page during the order processing.

Q: Will the Basket contents remain if I leave the website or the order page?

A: Yes. The Basket contents will remain. Please note that the availability of the products in your Basket will be re-checked when you come back to the order page. If any product is not available at the warehouse when you return to the order, then you will have to remove it from the Basket by making a tick and renewing the Basket.

Q: What are the order delivery options and what is the price?

A: The following delivery options are available:

OMNIVA: delivery to packomats. Cost of delivery within the Baltic states is EUR 4.45 plus VAT and usually the term of delivery is two business days. Please ask for details from Herbalife Sales Centre in Riga.

ITELLA: delivery to packomats. Cost of delivery within the Baltic states is EUR 4.45 plus VAT and usually the term of delivery is two business days. Please ask for details from Herbalife Sales Centre in Riga.

DPD: delivery to packomats. Cost of delivery within the Baltic states is EUR 4.45 plus VAT and usually the term of delivery is two business days. Please ask for details from Herbalife Sales Centre in Riga.

DPD: courier delivery. Cost of delivery within the Baltic states is EUR 8.50 plus VAT and usually the term of delivery is two business days. Please ask for details from Herbalife Sales Centre in Riga.

DPD: courier delivery at the specified time (B2C). Cost of delivery within the Baltic states is EUR 11.00 plus VAT and usually the term of delivery is two business days. Please ask for details from Herbalife Sales Centre in Riga.

Q: What are the obligatory procedures for placing orders collectible from the Sales Centre (Latvia only)?

A: Any order collectible from the Sales Centre shall be collected within 10 days after the money for the order has come to the Company’s account.

Q: If I specify another e-mail address in the Notification by e-mail field when placing my order, will it change the e-mail address in my profile?

A: No. The e-mail address in the Notification by e-mail field is used only to notify you about the successful placement if this individual order.

Q: I would like to receive the confirmation of the successful order placement to an e-mail address, different from the one in my profile. How can I do it?

A: You can receive the order confirmation at any e-mail address. Just specify the required e-mail address in the E-mail field when making the order.

Q: How can I review my previous orders?

A: As soon as you have submitted your order, you can review it in My data and reports section of MyHerbalife.com website, by clicking on My orders. Type in your order number in Search the Order Numbers field and click Forward. The data of the specified order will be shown.

Q: I would like to remove products from the order or change the amount. Where can I do it?

A: You can remove products or change the amount in the Basket.

Q: How can I change the order before payment?

A: When asked to confirm the order, press Back. You will be readdressed to the order processing page, where you can change the contents of the order, delivery or collection address or continue buying.

Q: What is the difference between the order documents delivery methods: Send the documents with the order and Send the documents to the Independent Partner’s mail address?

A: Send the documents with the order – the invoice and the package list will be mailed with the ordered products. Send the documents to the Independent Partner’s mail address – the invoice and the package list will be mailed separately to the Independent Partner’s mail address.

Q: What methods of payment can I use to pay for my online order?

A: You can pay with a bank card only.

Q: What types of the bank cards do you accept?

A: You can pay with personal MasterCard, Visa (Classic / Electron), Maestro.

Q: Can I pay my order with more than one credit cards?

A: You can pay your online order with one bank card only.

Q: Why cannot I use my bank card to pay for the order?

A: Some banks my restrict the use of their cards for Internet payments. In order to be able to pay for the orders, switch on the Internet payment functionality of your bank card!

Q: Will I receive a confirmation of the successful order placement?

A: Yes. The confirmation of the successful placement of order will be sent to the e-mail address that you specified.
